33 CMF-funded productions win 55 Canadian Screen Awards
(Toronto, March 9) The Canada Media Fund (CMF) congratulates the winners and nominees of the 2014 Canadian Screen Awards, which have been recognized for their excellence by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television, and industry professionals at a series of events which culminated with last night’s gala.
A total of 33 CMF-funded productions won 55 Canadian Screen Awards, including top winners such as Degrassi, Borealis, Call Me Fitz, Less Than Kind, Rick Mercer Report, and The Defector which received the Diversity Award.
