CMF, Ben Mulroney, Cineplex, eOne and Karine Vanasse on Branding Content

Toronto, September 5, 2018 – The Canada Media Fund (CMF), in partnership with the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), will host and participate in an industry session taking place during the industry track of the festival dedicated to “Engaging Today’s Consumers: Building a National Brand for Film, TV, and Digital”. The session will be on Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Conference Room B, CBC, 250 Front Street West in Toronto.

Joined by industry leaders and creative talent, Valerie Creighton will moderate a panel discussion on why now is the time to think outside the box and build a consumer-facing brand for the Canadian audiovisual industry that has the power to inspire audiences; to change the way Canadians and the world perceive Canadian content; and to shine a spotlight Canada’s creative talent, both at home and around the world.
