CMF to invest nearly $4M in 17 digital linear series
Toronto, January 11, 2024 – The Canada Media Fund (CMF) today announced that $3,933,604 will be invested in 17 projects through our Digital Linear Series program.
The Digital Linear Series Program supports digital linear series in their second (or subsequent) season, created initially for online platforms and in CMF-funded genres. 11 of the projects belong to the Drama category, four are children and youth series, and one is a documentary.

- Weirdos S2, by Toronto’s Magic Cube Productions Inc.
- You're My Hero S2, by Toronto’s You're My Hero 2 2023 Inc.
- The Bravest Knight S2, by British Columbia’s BBB (Bravest Knight - II - Production) inc.
- Gisele's Mashup Adventures S2, by Toronto’s Headspinner Productions Inc.
- Macy Murdoch S2, by Toronto’s Shaftesbury Digital III Inc.
- Run Jump Play S2, by British Columbia’s Imagine Create Media Incorporated
